Awards Banquet –Showcasing the accomplishments of our business community and recognizing our volunteers is the highlight of the annual banquet. The evening includes dinner, open bar, entertainment and a silent auction

Golf Tournament – This popular Chamber event is held the first Friday in May each year at Shiloh Springs Golf Course. The Big Break, a shoot out contest, precedes the four person scramble tournament. Open to the public.

Community Wide Garage Sales – Annual event held on the Saturday following Labor Day. Over 200 homes participate each year!

Holiday Lighting – On Thanksgiving Eve families visit downtown Platte City to kick off the holiday season by enjoying many festivities including carriage rides, crafts for the kids, Santa & Mrs. Claus, live reindeer, Main Street Treasure Map, coloring contest, live music, tours of the Ben Ferrel Museum, children’s rides and much more.
